Changing the password of the support account

After installing the LRR, it is strongly recommended to change the default password of the support account.


This feature is supported from LRR version 2.8.40 onwards.

  1. Use your current support account to connect to SUPLOG, as described in Connecting to SUPLOG.

    If your base station is already connected to ThingPark's core network, you can connect to SUPLOG from the ThingPark Enterprise interface by using the remote access feature.

  2. From SUPLOG's main menu, click Identifiers then Set Actility support tool password, as per the following screenshot

  3. Enter your new password twice, then click Confirm.
