Troubleshooting

Resolve the radio, network, or device issue in TPE first. Netmore Go cannot display data that TPE is not receiving.

Recommended checks:

  1. Confirm that the device has joined the LoRaWAN network.
  2. Check for uplinks in the TPE Wireless Logger.
  3. Verify that the device is associated with the Netmore Go connection.
  4. Check the connection health and packet activity.

The Netmore Go device is empty

  1. Compare the DevEUI in TPE and Netmore Go. The values must match exactly.
  2. Confirm that Netmore ThingPark is selected as the Network Server.
  3. Check the device Debug Log to confirm whether data is arriving.
  4. Verify that the decoder is configured correctly.

Data arrives, but values are missing or incorrect

  1. Check the selected product or template.
  2. Check the payload decoder.
  3. Check the field mapping.
  4. Review the device Debug Log for decoder errors or unexpected output.

Diagnostic sequence

Use the following order to isolate the issue:

  1. TPE device traffic: Is TPE receiving uplinks?
  2. TPE connection assignment: Is the device associated with the Netmore Go connection?
  3. TPE connection activity: Is the connection active and forwarding packets?
  4. Netmore Go identity: Does the Netmore Go DevEUI exactly match the TPE DevEUI?
  5. Netmore Go Debug Log: Is data reaching the device record?
  6. Product decoder and fields: Is the payload decoded into the expected fields?
  7. Dashboard configuration: Are the widgets using the correct fields and time range?
