Adding and verifying devices in Netmore Go
A device must exist in Netmore Go before incoming TPE data can be displayed. Its DevEUI must exactly match the DevEUI of the device in TPE.
Select the correct workspace
- Open Netmore Go.
- If you have access to more than one workspace, use the workspace selector in the upper-left area.
- Select your company workspace.
Add the first device of a model
- Select Add Device, then choose LoRaWAN.
- Choose New Product from Template.
- Search for and select the correct device model.
- For Network Server, select Netmore ThingPark.
- Enter the Device Name and DevEUI. The DevEUI must be identical to the value in TPE.
- Optionally add a location and tags for filtering, dashboards, or device permissions.
- If a billing plan selection is displayed, select the assigned plan.
- Add the device.
A product template normally contains the payload decoder, database fields, and a ready-made dashboard. This is the quickest and safest way to add a supported device model.
Add more devices of the same model
- Select Add Device, then choose LoRaWAN.
- Choose Existing Product.
- Select the product already created for that model.
- Select Netmore ThingPark.
- Enter the next DevEUI and device name.
Devices assigned to the same product share product-level configuration, such as the decoder, fields, and device dashboard. A product-level change can therefore affect every device using that product.
Contact Netmore if the required device template or decoder is missing or does not work correctly.
Batch import devices with CSV
For larger batches, use CSV upload instead of entering devices manually. The selected product applies to every imported device, so prepare a separate CSV for each device model or product.
- Select Add Device, then choose LoRaWAN.
- Select the appropriate product:
- Use Existing Product for a product already created in the workspace.
- Use New Product from Template for a supported model.
- Choose Netmore ThingPark as the Network Server.
- At the Device step, drag and drop the CSV file into the upload area.
- Review the imported device list.
- Complete the plan selection.
- Create the devices.
Use the following CSV structure:
DevEUI;Device Name;Location description;Tag1,Tag2
Do not include a header row. Keep the column order exactly as shown and avoid blank rows. Location and tags are optional. The minimum practical row is:
DevEUI;Device Name;;
Separate multiple tags with commas in the final column.
70B3D57ED0061234;Office Sensor 001;Building A - Floor 1;Office,Temperature
70B3D57ED0061235;Office Sensor 002;Building A - Floor 1;Office,Temperature
70B3D57ED0061236;Office Sensor 003;Building A - Floor 2;Office,Temperature

Verify device data
- Open the newly added device.
- Generate or wait for a fresh uplink.
- Confirm that the device receives input and that decoded fields begin to update.
- Open the device dashboard and verify that the expected values are populated.
If the device exists but remains empty, first check the DevEUI and selected Network Server. If uplinks arrive but fields are empty or incorrect, check the selected product template or decoder.
You can also check the device Debug Log to confirm that data is arriving and that the decoder works correctly.
