Troubles with the VPN Agent

Troubles with Acklio VPN Agent?

1. Refer to Configure the VPN Agent for detailed information on how-to download, unzip and use the binary.
2. See the status information on the IP Network details page.
3. Check the following.

VPN Agent is not starting

Check that...

• You downloaded the VPN Agent for x86 architecture (since the Demo is running on a PC)
• The VPN Agent is correctly started using sudo command.
• The Internet connexion is OK.
• The URL of the IPCore instance specified in the VPN Agent command line is correct.
• Your firewall is not blocking outgoing traffic on 9995/TCP port.

VPN Agent stops receiving packets from Acklio IPCore

Check that...

• The Internet connexion is OK
• The VPN Agent is still running
