Device to LNS Connection

Device does not join the network

Check that...

• The LoRa gateway is connected to the LNS (in the LNS user interface).
• The DEV EUI, APP KEY and APP EUI are configured with the same values on both device and LNS side.
• The device is within the range of the radio gateway specified by the gateway manufacturer

Device can join but uplink is not received by the LNS

Check the radio conditions and try to use DR0.

LNS to Acklio IPCore connection

Uplink packets are not received by Acklio IPCore

Check that the HTTP callback URI generated in Acklio IPCore to call the source is correctly configured on LNS side.

Downlink packets are not received by the LNS

Check that the HTTP callback URI generated by the LNS is correctly configured on the Acklio IPCore source.
