Managing a multicast group connection

To send downlinks from an application, you have to associate a connection with your multicast group.

Associating a connection to a multicast group

Associating a connection with a multicast group is mandatory at multicast group creation.

At the creation stage

1. When creating a multicast group, in Associate Your Multicast Group With Your Connections, select a connection from the list.
2. To add another connection, click . Your multicast group can be associated with multiple connections at once.

From the information page

1. In the left panel, select Multicast Groups.

2. Click the name of the multicast group you want to edit.

3. In Connections, click Add a connection.

4. Select a connection from the list.

5. Click to confirm.

Changing a multicast group connection

1. In the left panel, select Multicast Groups.

2. Click the name of the multicast group you want to edit.

3. In Connections, click to change a connection.

4. Select a connection from the list.

5. Click to confirm.

Deleting a connection from a multicast group

If the multicast group is associated with multiple connections, deleting connections is allowed. Otherwise, the deletion button is not available.

1. In the left panel, select Multicast Groups.

2. Click the name of the multicast group to edit.

3. In Connections, click to delete a connection from the multicast group.
