Viewing connectivity plans

Only applies if Connectivity Plans is displayed in the main menu.

Listing connectivity plans

You can display all the connectivity plans available in your account. You can also check the features they support and their number of associated devices or multicast groups.

1. In the main menu, select Connectivity Plans.

2. Check the following information organized in columns.

   • Unicast or multicast (M) connectivity plan logo
   • Name of the connectivity plan
   • ID of the connectivity plan
   • Network Geolocation feature
   • Roaming feature
   • Number of devices or multicast groups associated with the connectivity plan (used credits).
   note

   If you have domain restrictions on your role, only devices or multicast groups matching your domain restrictions are displayed. The unicast or multicast connectivity plan may be associated with some more devices or multicast groups.

3. To customize the list to your needs, click Show/Hide columns. Your selection is saved in your web navigator and applies to the same computer.

4. To export all the connectivity plans of your account in a CSV file, click Export as CSV. It exports all the information regardless of the hiding columns in the Connectivity Plans list.

Viewing a connectivity plan

You can see the parameters of a unicast or a multicast connectivity plan, and the data of associated devices or multicast groups.

Only applies if Connectivity Plans is displayed in the main menu.

1. In the main menu, select Connectivity Plans.

2. Do one of the following:

   • Click a connectivity plan name.

   • Hover your pointer over the name of the connectivity plan, and click Open in a new tab.

3. In the ASSOCIATED DEVICES or the ASSOCIATED MULTICAST GROUPS widget:

   • Check the information organized in columns related to the devices or multicast groups associated with the unicast or multicast connectivity plan.
   note

   If you have domain restrictions on your role, only devices or multicast groups matching your domain restrictions are displayed. The unicast or multicast connectivity plan may be associated with some more devices or multicast groups.

   • (Optional) Click Show/Hide columns to customize the list to your needs.

   • (Optional) Click Export as CSV to export all the information regardless of the hiding columns.

   • To get more information, click the name of the device or multicast group.

4. Check the parameters of the connectivity plan.
