Accessing a ThingPark Enterprise SaaS platform

Multi-factor authentication protects your ThingPark account from unauthorized access (for instance, compromised passwords). Therefore, you must use two-factor authentication to log in to ThingPark Enterprise SaaS. Two-factor authentication consists of a one-time code generated by a mobile application and an end user's password.

First time login

  1. Click the link that has been provided to you to activate your account.

  2. Update your password and user profile to activate your account.

  3. Install a time-based OTP application, for instance, FreeOTP or Google Authenticator. Both applications are available for Android (downloadable from Google Play Store) and iOS (downloadable from App Store) Smartphones.

  4. Open the application on your mobile phone.

  5. Scan the QR code that displays on the TPE login page.

  6. Enter the one-time code generated by your mobile application on the TPE login page and provide a Device Name. In case you use several devices to connect to your account, choose a friendly name to each device. This allows you to associate your ThingPark account with several OTP applications installed on different devices.

  7. Click Submit.

-> You are redirected to the TPE platform.

Usual login

  1. Open your application for account authentication on your mobile phone.

  2. Login into your TPE platform:

  3. Enter your valid password. In case you do not remember your current password, you can reset it as described in Resetting user password settings.

  4. Enter the one-time code generated by your mobile application on the TPE login page.

  5. Click Sign in.

-> You are redirected to the TPE platform.

If you cannot generate any one-time code, you can reinitialize it by resetting your password. To learn more, see Resetting user password settings.
