New features specific to SaaS

Expansion of the quick-access links under "Help" menu RDTP-17503

Starting release 7.2, the "Help" menu – accessible from the top right corner of the TPE GUI is expanded with several useful links such as LRC-AS Tunnel Interface API documentation, Location Engine API, Abeeway Device Manager application and ThingPark Community Forum. This latter is particularly useful for users of the Community edition of ThingPark Enterprise.
