OS migration to AlmaLinux RDTP-17431

To mitigate CentOS 8.x EOL, the operating system is migrated from CentOS to AlmaLinux 8.5.

Key customer benefits

Switching from CentOS 8.x (now an upstream branch from RedHat) to stable OS distribution having strong community support guarantees timely response to OS update demands including security patches.

Feature activation

This migration is done during the platform upgrade to release 7.1.
