Administrating devices

As an administrator or device manager, you can execute the following tasks on devices belonging to your scope:

• Edit the device configuration

• Send downlink packets to a device

• Change the device location

• Suspend/resume the connectivity of a device

• Use custom payload drivers

• Duplicate a device

• Delete devices

If you have the viewer role, you can view the device’s current configuration but you cannot edit its configuration nor send downlink packets.
