Location templates
Abeeway Device Manager uses the following predefined location templates that you can apply to trackers to configure quickly their location profile. For more information, see Changing the tracker configuration.
Warning
All templates below assume that parameters that are not explicitly listed are set to their default values. If you have some of these other parameters that are not set to the default values, please review them carefully for possible interactions with the parameters modified by the template.

| Default | This profile allows to get the position of the tracker in the easiest way possible. | Tracking rented assets | This profile is useful for tracking rented assets movement especially at the beginning or end of the movement. | Find my asset on demand | This profile is useful for getting the asset location on demand. In this profile, the tracker is reporting positions based on WiFi/GPS every hour. | Activity monitoring | This profile sends an activity reports instead of positions by counting the amount of motions with the accelerometer.
