Editing my profile

To change your personal data, access My Profile from the My Account button in the top bar to perform the following:

  • Modify your name, surname, and email address.

  • Subscribe to alarm email notifications.

  • Change your password. A password policy is applied to ensure your password is strong enough. Follow the instructions given on the user interface.

  • View your roles and access permissions. To learn more, see Understanding roles and permissions.

    -> Upon changing profile information, a message in a notification appears on the upper right side of your screen to tell you that the information has been updated.

Alarm email notifications

You can subscribe to email notifications for base station alarms and device alarms separately. When subscription is enabled, you can choose the minimum alarm severity for which you want to be notified. Email notifications are sent to the email address configured in your profile.

An alarm email notification will be sent in the following situations:

  • An alarm is triggered and its severity is equal to the selected minimum severity or higher.
  • The severity of an alarm increases and the new severity is equal to the selected minimum severity or higher.
  • The severity of a non-acknowledged alarm decreases and the previous severity was equal to the selected minimum severity or higher.
