Editing the multicast group configuration

You may view the multicast group configuration by accessing the multicast group details page on the user interface. Additionally, administrators and device managers may update its configuration at any time.

1. From the left pane, select Multicast Groups, then search for the multicast group you want to view or edit.

   tip

   In the multicast group list, hover your pointer on the multicast group name, to open its details in a new tab of your browser. This tip is useful when you want to compare the configuration of several multicast groups, by opening their detailed pages side by side.

2. Update editable attributes, as needed. Editable fields are displayed with grey background.
   To learn more about each field, see Multicast group attributes.

3. To associate the multicast group with new base station tags or domains, click the related field, then click

   1. In Name, type to find an existing tag/domain.
   2. Click the folding arrow to minimize the dialog box, then add other values of needed.
   3. When you are done, click to confirm your action, otherwise click to cancel.

4. To remove a base station tag or a domain from the multicast group configuration, click the related field, then click the x at the end of the value to be removed.
