Viewing the location of the device
If you are entitled to a role as Administrator or to a role as Devices' Manager, then you can view the device location.

Select Devices.

On the List tab, click the name of the device for which you want to view the location.

Go to Location.

If you have used the manual configuration, you see the manually configured position of the device. It looks like this:

If you have used the Network geolocation configuration, you see the position of the device that has been automatically calculated by the network. It looks like this:
You can view the trace of the device's motion at maximum 7 days and have access to the position history. To learn more, click Checking the device location history.

If you have used the Network geolocation configuration, you can also see this:
This means that the device uplinks have not been received by enough base stations.
