Base stations health states
Color code is used to identify the health state of base stations:
- On the base stations dashboard. See Using the base station dashboard.
- On the base stations list, as a colored bullet alongside the base station's logo. See Viewing all base stations in the list.
- On the base stations map, as a colored marker. See Viewing base stations on the map.
Health state | Color | Description |
---|---|---|
Active | Green | The base station is connected to the network server and can send or receive LoRaWAN® packets to or from a device. |
Initialization | Orange | An initialized base station has not communicated yet. It corresponds to the initial base station status after its creation. |
Connection Error | Red | The base station has backhaul connection issues and cannot communicate with the network server. |
Radio Error | Gray | The base station has radio transmission issues and cannot send or receive LoRaWAN® packets to or from a device. |
